Swindon Town striker Sam Parkin bagged his 25th goal of a fantastic first season at the club as midfielder Danny Invincibile bought down the curtain on his County Ground career in victorious fashion.
Top scorer Parkin hit the second of two goals in three first-half minutes as Swindon came from behind to notch up a final day win.
Invincibile partnered Parkin and Frenchman Eric Sabin in a three-pronged strike force in what will be his farewell appearance in a Swindon shirt.
The Australian is leaving the Wiltshire side after rejecting the offer of a new two-year contract with Premiership Charlton and Division Two champions Wigan leading the race for his signature.
But Parkin handed Invincibile a victorious finale with the milestone strike three minutes before half time.
Former Chelsea trainee Parkin headed home from four yards out after on-loan Leicester midfielder Junior Lewis, who was also making his final appearance for the Robins, had crossed from the right.
Swindon had the better of a uninspiring first half and Parkin and the troublesome Sabin both went close to opening the scoring early on.
But it was Luton who took a surprise lead against the run of play when striker Tony Thorpe netted his 16th goal of the season 30 minutes in.
Striker Thorpe headed the Hatters in front from from yards after Emmerson Boyce had nodded Steven Howard's cross into his path.
But Luton's lead lasted just 11 minutes before midfielder Stefani Miglioranzi drew Swindon level with a stunning strike.
Miglioranzi thumped the ball into the bottom left-hand corner from 20 yards out to ensure his season ended on a high note.
But it was Parkin who grabbed the headlines, capping his best-ever season with another landmark goal.
