Table-toppers Luton made it five wins out of five thanks to a strong second-half comeback.
The Seasiders went ahead after just four minutes but gave a performance after the break that fuming manager Colin Hendry described as ''disgusting''.
Hendry had lectured the team all week about the importance of getting the first goal and got his wish when Paul Edwards headed down a free-kick for Scott Taylor to fire home.
Blackpool held the lead until the break despite some threatening moments particularly from big Luton target man Steven Howard who saw one effort saved brilliantly by Lee Jones.
Luton came out stronger after the break and despite Jones making a series of great saves the equaliser finally arrived courtesy of a close-range header from Howard.
Within a minute Luton were ahead as the lively Ahmet Brkovic chased a through ball and beat the on-rushing Jones to tap home.
Blackpool struggled to get back into the game with their best chance falling to on-loan Wigan midfielder Mike Flynn whose shot from the edge of the area was brilliantly turned around the post by Marlon Beresford.
In the closing seconds Luton made the points safe when a fast breakaway saw a shot from Rowan Vine parried by Jones to Brkovic who had little problem finding the net to cap an excellent all round performance.
