No announcement from club until tomorrow

Although it is unclear whether there have been numerous bids or just the one bid, it has been reported on Sky Sports News by Liam Day of the Luton Supporters Trust that there has been a bid for the club from the group that are backed by the Supporters Trust. Liam Day also said that there was nothing really worth worrying about regarding the club's future, which was deemed to be safe in the near future at least.

The club aren't expected to make an announcement about the bids received until tomorrow morning at the very earliest. In the meantime, with the excellent draw yesterday and the news that the replay at Anfield will be televised by Sky, the future at the moment looks reasonably secure for Luton Town.
