Mendy boost for Hatters
Luton are hoping to welcome back Arnaud Mendy for the second part of their trilogy with Dorchester.
The Hatters' FA Trophy clash with the Magpies was postponed last Saturday, and the rearranged fixture in midweek ended all square which set up a replay next week.
Mendy missed Tuesday night's 2-2 draw due to a leg injury but the Guinea-Bissau international is expected to start at Kenilworth Road.
Striker Jon Shaw was also left out in midweek and is expected to return after Luton were guilty of squandering a number of chances in the draw.
Alex Lawless is a doubt after limping off on Tuesday, but the game could see fellow midfielder James Dance get another run out from the bench as he continues his comeback from a long-term ankle injury.
Dorchester welcome back Ashley Nicholls as they look to frustrate the Hatters once more.
Midfielder Nicholls missed the first meeting through suspension but will return to the line-up as both clubs attempt to reach the third round of the competition.
But boss Phil Simkin will have to do without forward Richard Logan who is cup-tied after appearing for Wycombe in the competition.
Fellow loanee forward Dan Thompson could make his full debut following his arrival from Portsmouth after impressing from the bench during the FA Trophy clash.
