Jaroslaw Fojut, 19, is a Polish youth international who has made very few appearances for Bolton at a senior level. He played for Bolton in the 2005/06 match against Portsmouth that finished in a 1-1 draw, making his Premiership debut. His proper debut was as a substitute in a 3-0 cup win at Watford that season. His only start for Bolton was last season in the 3-1 Carling Cup victory at Walsall, and he also featured as a substitute in the Carling Cup defeat against Charlton that same season. Jaroslaw is expected to challenge Chris Coyne and Chris Perry for the centre-back positions, and has been given the number 31 shirt, so good luck to him.
There has been precious little action in the transfer market other than the Fojut move for Luton fans to get excited about. Fortunately for Luton fans, there is no convincing rumours concerning midfielder David Bell's possible departure. One former Luton player involved on deadline day is centre-back Curtis Davies. Curtis has agreed a loan move to Aston Villa for the season, with a view to a permanent move. At least Villa allowed West Brom enough time to get a replacement this time, which is more than they did for us, although Barnett was probably the replacement. Most other transfers concerning former Luton players have already been undertaken before today. Besian Idrizaj completed a loan move to Crystal Palace yesterday, and Graham Alexander has joined Clarke Carlisle at Burnley. However, there is still time for more moves to be completed before the transfer window closes.
