Kevin Foley receives international call-up

Foley, who was forced to withdraw due to injury from the Eire squad for the friendly against Bulgaria last week, has been named in the Irish squad for the UEFA Championship qualifying matches against Cyprus (September 3) and Switzerland (September 7).

If fit he will miss out on the Hatters trip to Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday 4th September. Foley is currently recovering from a thigh injury he aggravated in Luton's away win at Barnsley.
