Stockport County manager Chris Turner has said that Luton have been making enquiries about 24 year old striker Warren Feeney.
Feeney, a Northern Ireland international who has scored 10 goals this season for bottom club Stockport, is described as 'player of the year so far' at County, and Chris Turner admitted that he would be sorry to see him go, but then again he wouldn't want to keep a player whose mind was elsewhere.
And the striker could be a useful acquisition for Luton, as he had scored ten goals for a club who are bottom of the league. However, Feeney did admit that he was happy at Edgeley Park, but maybe the lure of Kenilworth Road would be too good to turn down.
