Forest Still Keen On Howard

The former Luton boss, who took Howard to Kenilworth Road during his spell there as manager, has revealed that he has already had one offer rejected for the Hatters hitman.

"I had a written bid for Steve rejected but I haven't given up on that one," he said.

"He is a player I signed for Luton from Northampton. He consistently scores and is capable of making the step up."
